He read it and knew for the first time in his life what he wanted to do. Then later he read Napoleon Hill’s “Think & Grow Rich” which only pushed his desire to succeed in Real Estate.
He sold 2 duplexes, triplex & 7 single-family homes from my portfolio and in the process of acquiring apartment complexes. He founded A&K Investment Ventures in 2012 and currently building my business team as well as networking with other investors.
